Re: Virtual Community Meeting for a Site Plan for the Cobblestone Auto Spa, 7919 E. Arapahoe Rd., Centennial, CO 80112 (PSUB-21-00003)
Please be advised that a virtual community meeting is being held prior to the formal submittal for a Site Plan for a property located at 7919 E. Arapahoe Rd., Centennial, CO, 80112 (see the vicinity map on page 3.) The Applicant, Rob Haddad, proposes a Site Plan for a car wash that will contain an enclosed 4,438 square foot car wash building with outdoor vacuums.
Community meetings are required by the City’s Land Development Code (LDC) prior to submittal of certain development applications. The purpose of the community meeting is to inform the affected property owners and neighborhoods about the proposed development application and seek comments about its potential impacts on the area which could reasonably be mitigated. These meetings are intended to be forums in which the applicant and property owners work together in good faith. However, they are not required to generate complete consensus on all aspects of the applications, nor to supplant or add to the standards of this LDC.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the City of Centennial has developed a virtual community meeting process which utilizes mailings and online resources. You will have the opportunity to review documents and other supporting information relating to the Site Plan Amendment online and post questions, comments, and feedback on the proposal.

All comments are due no later than June 15, 2021.
Notice of the meeting is being sent to all adjacent property owners, and to all HOA’s and Civic Associations registered with the City that are located within ½ mile of the proposed development.
