Please be advised that the “Applicant” and “Owner” proposes a Variance for the property associated with 8036 E. Fremont Ave. The property is legally described as Lot 8, Block 54, Walnut Hills 7th Filing (AIN: 2075-28-3-05-007).

The Applicant proposes a 1.6 foot variance from the 12.0 foot minimum access (from the side of the house to the property line), needed in order to construct a detached garage in the rear yard. The applicant proposes a 10.4 foot access. The Planning and Zoning Commission considers and decides the variance request.
